• Machine manufacture: Air Blow Systems specialize in the design and manufacture of centrifugal Blower,Burner,Heating Equipments. Our Product ranges provide cost effective solutions not only for standard applications, but also for specialist applications where engineering is required to tailor a Product to a specific service.We must be give some selection option to clients for Machine like Applications, Materials, Operating Systems, Specialist materials, Quality Approval, Wide Choice of options , Larger stock, Competitive Prices.
• Return to base repairs: Should the Machine ever require repair, the preferred option for a full repair is to return the to our works. We provide a comprehensive report on any damage to the Machine, together with suggestions of how the problem may be avoided in future. Upon a customer's confirmation, the repair is carried out using original our mfg parts. Machine are re-painted and can be tested before dispatch if required.
• Technical selection and system calculation: For Machine installation to operate correctly, it is vital that the system conditions are fully understood, so that the correct product Machine selection can be effected. Contact our sales office to discuss your system conditions. We will be pleased to calculate and draw system curves which will allow the user to predict all operating conditions of the Machine and forewarn of any potential problems.
• Service and repair on site: Our engineers can attend site within the short time upon request to evaluate any Machine equipments problem. For Machine operating overseas, we can arrange for an engineer from an authorized distributor to attend site.
• Machine Equipments testing: Our test facilities are constructed in accordance with IS and can test up to a flow-rate /Pressure/Consumption Vibration/noise parameters. Third party pump tests can usually be accommodated: please check with our office to discuss requirements.
• Third party manufacture: Besides manufacturing Machines under the AIR BLOW SYSTEMS brand, we also manufacture and supply on behalf of many famous same type product manufacturers. Machines can be painted to specific colors, fitted with manufacturers' own nameplates and dispatched under cover of the manufacturer's delivery notes.
