Air Blow Systems

A finned air heater system uses an electric heating element with fins to increase surface area, improving heat transfer efficiency and heating air more quickly than standard heaters. These rugged and reliable systems are commonly used in industrial settings,  commercial applications. 

• Generate heat: An electric current passes through a resistive heating element, such as a nickel-chromium  alloy wire, which generates heat.
• Increase surface area: The heating element is enclosed in a metal sheath, and a series of fins are attached to the outer surface. This significantly increases the surface area exposed to the air.
• Transfer heat: A fan or blower forces cool air across the heated fins (forced convection). As the air passes over the fins, it rapidly absorbs the heat.
